Who We Are
There is no one size fits all for family law, personal injury or criminal cases, and each client’s situation is uniquely different. We take the time to listen to each of our clients and to fully understand the circumstances of their case.
From the very first consultation, we work carefully to understand a client’s goal. We then work with the client to design a strategy and a gameplan to carry out those goals.
Founder,
Attorney Tracy H. Reese
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Tracy H. Reese is the founder and managing partner of Reese Law Firm, LLC. Tracy began her career at a general practice law firm, West Law and Associates, LLC, where she practiced family law, criminal defense and medical malpractice after receiving her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 2004, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia Southern University in 2001.
With a heart always wanting to help others, her years working with the Fulton County Public Defender’s Office offered her the opportunity to provide legal representation to indigent citizens of Fulton County charged with committing a criminal offense and unable to hire an attorney to represent them in a court of law.
She opened Reese Law Firm in 2008 where she primarily practices in the areas of family, domestic, criminal defense, personal injury and workers compensation law. She is humbled by the opportunity to use her expertise to guide clients as they meet the challenges of tremendous life changes through a court system which can seem very intimidating. Tracy finds it very rewarding to watch how a client evolves from being so uncertain about the future to gaining confidence and becoming optimistic about it as vital family issues are finally resolved.
When Tracy is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, David, and their daughter, Chloe. She is active in her church, enjoys exercising and mentoring youth, and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
